Trainer Tracy makes it fun to get fit

How bad do you want it?

A powerhouse when it comes to motivation, Trainer Tracy is the muscle behind Workout 24-7 on many levels. As owner, Tracy is always looking to ramp up equipment, facilities, classes and staff to be the best gym possible. As a devoted trainer with over 20 years’ experience in body composition, functional training and Les Mills’ instruction, Tracy’s love of her work shows in all she does for her clients.

Meet some of our Trainers

Trainer Tracy

Tracy is the gym owner. She is totally passionate about fitness, nutrition and seeing peoples lives change because of it. You will see Tracy teaching Body Attack, Body Pump, HiitFit, Commando Kids as well as her own small group training groups called Commando Fit. Tracy also does PT under the banner Trained By Tracy.

Tahnee

Tahnee is the gym manager who can make things happen! She is currently studying her Fitness Certificate. Tahnee is passionate about seeing people conquer medical adversity through health and fitness. You will find her at reception or lifting a heavy barbell. She also instructs HIITFIT.

Simone

Simone is a Workout South Nowra Original. She is highly motivating and knowledgeable in her craft. She is educated in health and fitness. You will find Simone leading the way in CycleFit and bringing true balance and harmony in Body Balance. Simone also teaches HIIT Fit and CoreFit.

Ally

Ally has recently taken on instructing here at WSN. She has been involved in the Fitness Industry for over 15 years in the local area, teaching an array of different classes. She holds her Cert 4 in Fitness and is a wonderful and caring instructor. Ally teaches Body Pump and HIITFIT.

Rhys

Rhys is our resident BoxFit instructor. His classes are 1 hour of  cardio burn. He really knows how to get people moving. You will also see Rhys around the gym training and staying motivated.

Functional Fitness Training

Build strength and conditioning with our variety of equipment to get the most out of your exercise and workout routine.

Child Minding Room

Use our FREE supervised morning creche (times vary) in our lovely childcare room. We take pride in caring for your children.

Weight training

Our weights room is upstairs and is separate to the rest of the gym. You will find all the equipment your need for great resistance training. 

Group fitness classes

Up to 30 classes each week with plenty of choice at peak hours (before or after work) plus variety with a changing monthly schedule.

We are a Fitness Passport gym

Fitness Passport is a member-based health and fitness program that allows companies and individuals to access a range of health and fitness resources. This is a popular option for people to drop in during holiday stays on the South Coast. See more information at Fitness Passport website.
