A huge welcome back to all our members!
As you would have now heard we can open our doors this Saturday the 13th of June. We have been busy renovating so you get to come back to a whole new gym!!!
Please take care to read the following information in regard to our opening and the regulations that we need to follow.
All our memberships have been on a mass hold during this time (unless other arrangements were made)- the hold finishes on Friday 12th of June. Which means gym access is available from Saturday morning.
If you are Fitness Passport holder this information is for you:
We are yet to have confirmation that Fitness Passport is restarting before July 1st.
So, we can look after our Fitness Passport Members, here’s what you can do:
- Pay a weekly membership via reception until Fitness Passport restarts- this is for people who might be locked into a contract with Fitness Passport. The cost will be $14.90 a week payable through reception and not Direct Debit through EziDebit. You can then change back to Fitness Passport once they restart.
- We can move you over to a No Lock In Contract- on $14.90 a week- no joining fee etc If you do not want to continue with Fitness Passport.
Feel free to send an email or see us during reception hours to change this for you.
If Fitness Passport confirms they will restart for the 13th of June- we can just go back to your original Fitness Passport membership prior shut down and scan in with your card each visit.
Did you currently have a membership at Workout South Nowra at want to resign? You can start your membership again on a No Lock In Contract for $14.90 per week- with no joining fees!
Our gym hours during Phase 2 are 5:30AM- 7:30PM. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT 24/7 during this time! If you are a member and you could only come out of these hours because of work commitments- we can put your membership on hold for a further time until we move to Phase 3 which is back to 24/7 access. You will need to confirm this with us via email or come in and fill out a ‘hold form’ as we need it in writing.

All classes are restricted to 10 people and you will need to book in for these classes- please see how you can do that here: http://workout24-7.com.au/making-a-class-booking-through-your-member-portal/
The only class you can’t book in via the member app is CycleFit, which is still done directly through Simone. Via FaceBook Messenger- Simone Mac
To adhere to all NSW Govt guidelines, you also need to abide by the following rules:
Please use antibacterial as you enter the gym
Bring your own drink bottle as the water fountain will be switched off- or we sell water for $2
You will need a towel for use on equipment
All equipment will need to be wiped after use with anti bacterial wipes.
The showers can’t be used for now
Abide by social distancing regulations and if you feel unwell please stay home.
Don’t forget to get your name into the entry during our first week opening to win a pair of shoes from Athletes Foot- you can find the entry box in reception.
